Event Reservations

We have exciting luncheon programs planned for the 2012-2013 Club Year.  See below for the programs and menus.

Sign up deadline for each individual luncheon is the Tuesday, a week before each luncheon.  So, reservations need to be received for Karen to process and coordinate nine (9) days before all luncheons.  The deadline for MAY's luncheon is 7 MAY.  Our program for 16 MAY 2013 is AOWCGWA's Jane Davis, author of First Aid for Heros.  Please join us for this special program!

There are two ways to register:

  1. Send Karen an email  (aowcgwareservations@gmail.com) with your name, guest(s) name, menu choice(s), date of which luncheon, your email and phone number, then pay using PayPal (instructions below).  Or....
  2. You may also print the Reservation Form and mail it with your check to AOWCGWA Reservations, 205-B Lee Ave, Fort Myer, VA  22211 in enough time for it to reach Karen by the deadline.  You can print a copy of the November luncheon flyer to invite your friends.
